HACK YOUR BUSINESS CASE
Many innovators come up with the most diverse solutions for the same challenge. But so little happens with the business case that is then devised.
THE CHALLENGE IS UNCONVENTIONAL THINKING! BUT HOW? AND WHY?
The why: Many companies do not immediately see the usefulness of taking a good look at their business case. What is the money spent on? How are people hired? Which suppliers and which customers are used? What is the business model like?
The business case often starts with the purchasing side. An innovator, often a technician, likes to purchase high-quality products directly for testing and tries to put down a good product. She or he simply forgets that suppliers can often play a “smart” role in innovations.
For example, the supplier is not asked or included in the development, while he often knows his product better and knows what it can do with it than the buyer. The result is that the supplier is often asked for additional information too late. But also development in which a certain product is included could possibly be sponsored, as a result of which development costs can be extremely reduced.
This applies to EVERY aspect in the development but also the business case.
Most people often think of basic ways for sales. SALE, LEASE, ADVICE. But combinations or free are not direct models on which money can be earned. What to think if service or In-app purchases.
In this training we actively work on all projects that are present. The goal is to learn together, challenge each other and hear the pros and cons of each approach and possible combinations.
